TINY PENCIL- INTERVIEW

A little while back I was approached by duo Katriona Chapman and Amber Hsu about contributing to a project they had created called the Tiny Pencil, an anthology that celebrates work of graphite users.

With an impressive list of contributors and everything coming together nicely for issue 1 which has the title and theme of 'Forest' the pair asked me a few questions that can be seen here.

The 50+ page issue can be pre-ordered via the Tiny Pencil store with the first 25 who place a pre-order receiving a mini print of Rachel M. Bray's 'Inevitability'.

If you also pre-order before 25/04/13 then you will automatically be entered into a mystery fan pack prize draw. There are 5 up for grabs which include a mix of up to ten badges, postcards, mini-prints, comics and specialty goods from contributing issue 1 artists.

That isn't all either, at midnight on 21/04/13 one lucky person will win an original piece that has been beautifully drawn by Vanessa Foley.

For further details visit the Tiny Pencil website.

GIFT IDEA- LION PRINT

Something a little different for today, here is my 'Lion' print which is also in a small limited edition of 30 (A3).

The piece was the first animal that I created for my solo show in 2011 and would be ideal for someone interested in animals, big cats, and traditional pencil drawing.

The original piece is also available to purchase, to register your interest email– info@stuartwhitton.co.uk
